Registered school/organization/institute/teacher/student only can use mysoroban.com to teach or learn
Every teacher has to registered by an organization, if a teacher doesn't work at any organization or institute and doesn't have own organization or institute, a teacher can create an organization (it is not important to have registration certificate on the name of organization) and can use their work place (it may be house address) address to create an account on the name of organization. After creating an organization account, a teacher can register as a teacher of the organization.
Any school/ organization/institute can create any number of branches under an organization account. Under a branch account any number of teachers can be registered and number of batches can be registered under a teacher. Also any number of students can be registered under a teacher.
Limitation of number of in a batch is 20 students only.
Students register by school/organization/institute/teacher has to pay the fee in advance to use mysoroban classes and other facilities.
Students registering directly registering for soroban/abacus courses through mysoroban.com has to undergo the Eligibility Test to conform their present qualification.
Teachers registering directly as Teacher through mysoroban.com must undergo Eligibility Test to confirm their knowledge in various levels of soroban/abacus and nominal fee will be collected to issue certificate as 'Verified Teacher'
Attendance on every Class is mandatory
Transfer of batch or date is not accepted unless the batch is cancelled by the management (i.e. school/organization/institute/teacher). Otherwise, for transferring to the next batch, USD 100/- will be charged.
In case you did not attend the class within 90 days, enrolment will be automatically cancelled, and the course fee will be forfeited. If you had missed any sessions, during the training period, you are responsible to complete the missed classes within next class time using replacement classes.
Replacement classes are allowed at free of cost for 2 classes only. A nominal charge will be applied per class in case you require more than the permissible free replacement classes.
If your contact information and / or address details is changed, kindly update in your profile and us by email.
The enrolment will be automatically cancelled and cannot login to classroom in case the payments are not cleared at the time of registration.
Once registered and paid, course fees will not be refunded against any reason.
Certificate of completion will not be issued in case of incomplete attendance and incompletion of course.
In case you are not able to attend a class or two, Please inform to your teacher in advance so that your teacher can give you an alternative arrangement accordingly.
Unlimited number of simulation exams will be provided at free of cost ( subjected to Prior booking and availability) for selected courses.
The batch schedule may change for any reason beyond our control and no refund claims will be accepted.
You are registering for the course by being aware of the eligibility criteria for the exam and the necessary details of the course you are joining for.
Additionally, Government Value Added Tax (VAT) charges will be extra.
The online account created for you will be available for a period of 90 days counting from the day of registration and payment of full amount. Further extension of the validity of the subscription will cost additional charges.
This is an ONLINE course. You are eligible to use it as per the terms & conditions mentioned here. At any point of time, by any reason, no refund claims will be entertained or accepted.
The Certificate will be issued, as soon as the full modules of the course is attended and completed. Certificate will be issued after passing the course completion exam. It can be downloaded from your account.
Account credentials should not be shared with any other third parties except you and mysoroban.com will not be responsible for any manipulations in the account.
Once you buy online course with mysoroban.com , please don't try to transfer / share or resell the courses in anyway. Our systems are monitoring such movements and mysoroban.com maintains the right to revoke or terminate the account once such incidents are identified.
Each course has its own price and it will be changeable at any point of time without any notice. As we release offers time to time, the price validity cannot be guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delay or failure of the performance of any of the services caused by events beyond our control. Example: down of website, an act of war, hostility, or sabotage; natural disaster; electrical, internet, or telecommunication outage; or government restrictions.
